Question : Thumbnails of Video Screenshot not showing in Vista 64-bit

Hello Experts,

My friend with WIndows 7 64-bit just showed me a folder of videos and when view set to Large icons it shows a picture as a thumbnail.

So I do the same on Vista 64-bit with the exact same files, there are only 1 or two that shows the a picture as an icon. The rest just shows VLC icon.

Can anyone tell me why all the videos doesn't have a screen shot like the one on Windows 7? Is this feature fixed in Windows 7?
