Question : ExMerge Not Working

Hi Guys,

I m trying to extract emails to pst files for the employees who left the organization and want to remove there account from AD & Exchange Server 2003 running on Windows SVR 2003. For this I m using Exmerge, this utility works for one user and gives the error message for other. I logged in as a domain administrator to run this utility.

- I have right for send as & receive as
- removed deny access for send as & receive as Domain Admin & Enterprise Admin.

I could not understand why it is not working for all users. Here is the copy of exmerge.log file

Will appreciate your help.

Answer : ExMerge Not Working

Double check them as that is what the problem is saying - the Information Store is not available or you don't have permissions set. It can be a replication issue.

Also check that the source account has associated external account and full mailbox access rights to the "self account
