Question : Schannel EventID: 36888

I've been searching quite a bit on this problem and have found very little that has helped.  I'm currently receiving one error and it's driving me nuts.  The error is detailed in the image attached to this thread.  It is an Schannel EventId: 36888 error.  I am currently running Windows 7 Professional and am attached to a Windows 2003 domain.  We have Exchange 2007 setup as well.

Things I've tried based on other peoples suggestions:
  - Disabled Windows Defender
  - Disabled TLS in Internet Explorer

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Answer : Schannel EventID: 36888

I never pin-pointed a solution for this issue; however, after the most recent Microsoft updates, the problem seems to have gone away.
