Question : Silverlight Default.html does not animate

Hi - thanks for looking at my question.

I have created a very simple Silverlight animation in Expression Blend,  I then saved this and run opened the Default.html file and the image does not animate.  I animates if I click the play button within Blend but not when I F5 or run the Default.html.

Any ideas?
