I can't access the Network Connections on my Windows Server 2000 after Windows 2000 update. I can access the network but can not open any webpages

and if above doesn't resolve then check for more resolutions as far as this DCOM error is concerned: http://www.eventid.net/display.asp?eventid=10002&eventno=310&source=DCOM&phase=1
