Question : Mototola Droid  will not sync with Microsoft 2003 Exchange Server

I have a Motorola Droid I trying to connect to our exchange server emil.  It seem to accept my setting  but it will not sync with the server. I will get a blank screen on the phone. Have anyone have this problem.
