Question : My outlook has 4 email accounts and I receive a copy per account, I need to receive 1 email,  not 4

Hi Experts,

My outlook has 4 email accounts: reason is so I can respond to peoples email or send and email per account:   Business aaa I want to have my emails reflect this. I can send my emails per business, by choosing this account/form w/logo and company name.

But I'm getting emails sent to bus/account aaa, but bus/account bbb and bus/account ccc are receiving a copy, even though its not intended for them.

Is there a way to have outlook (filter) only send me the copy that it is intended for. Compare to make sure emails are the same??

Thanks,
patentinv

I'm not sure if I understand correctly, but yes.
each accout logs into a mailbox using its username/password(/mail server) combination and downloads all mails from there. If you forward mail from mailbox2 to that mailbox, also mails from malbox2 will be downloaded from mailbox. And again from mailbox2, when the second account will check for mail.
You should remove all forwarding. It has no meaning first to put mails together and then to separate/filter them.
