How to set the percentage value in Line Chart starts at 98% instead of 0%? Hope Expert can help me to re-set the Axis value. Ive attached the xls file for your perusal

Sure.

Your current highest value in column E is 97.15% - so it won't show on the chart which has a floor point of 98%.
