Question : Formula " “=SUMPRODUCT” fully function

Hi Expert,

I’m having problem with “=SUMPRODUCT” in “summary report”. For some reason this formula not capturing most of the Channels (the downtime from “Daily Tracking List”-sheet-1). Hope expert can help me to troubleshoot this. I've attached the .xls file for your perusal.
