Question : BSOD 0X000000D1 nvstor.sys blue Screen

Hello and thanks for reading my post.
I have a Gateway GT5473E
AMD 64x2 4000+
1gb of ram
Vista home premium 32bit. sp2

I occasionally get a BSOD error 0X000000D1  Driver_IRQL_not_less..etc  NVSTOR.SYS

I am not able to reproduce it but it happens every other day or so.  
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Update your nvidia drivers...
