I need help with this see this google:

if that doesn't come up here is my problem

I am running windows 2000 and I believe everything is relatively up to date, but I guess I am wrong (?)
please GUIDE me through this.

Answer : iphlpapi on windows 2000

You are either mixing your SDK versions or the one are using is old.
Remove all old SDK files, install the current SDK, and this will work.
