Question : Excel Printing in Landscape instead of Portrait

I am trying to print something in excel using Portrait mode and for some reason, even when I select portrait on both Excel and the Printer properties it comes out in landscape.
however,
If i select Landscape mode (on the printer preferences) it comes out in Portrait, but all squashed to one side of the page.
this happens to me on all excel sheets I try to print, other people do not have the same issue, they are printing through the same printer as well!
any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Guys, Thank you for the help but the IT manager sorted the issue, just in case you wish to know it was that the printer driver was installed but not going through the print server (dont ask me how this happened). deleted the printer, added again pointing to the right location and it works now.
