Question : how do i change a windows server name?

Hello, i changed server 2008s name from the default name and now im having problems conneting to it echange /owa.
I checked the DNS server and the new name is in record there.
Does the TTL have something to do with it or what should i do to get the services back online?

I get this message:
Outlook Web App didn't initialize. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.
Cannot find information about the local server WIN-SBSH.micompany.org in Active Directory. This may be related to a change in the server name
