Question : User-Defined Type not Defined, Reference issues? CommandBar, CommandBarControl types

I must be missing something so simple here.

I have read alot of posts on here regarding CommandBars, I have tried the examples but

Dim cmdBar as CommandBar
Dim conButton as CommandBarControl

Compile Error: User-Defined type not defined

Is there a reference to make these suckers work?

I did not mention  Microsoft Access 11.0 Object Library

I said                  Microsoft Office xx Object Library
