Question : data transfer cable vista

i have USBLK-005 data transfer cable.
can i use for vista easy transfer?

I can only speak from limited experience :o)
I tried using a data transfer cable which worked perfectly well with XP but was not specifically for Vista and Vista would not recognize it.
You need a cable which is specifally certified for Vista.
A search reveals no info about your cable apart from 4 sites in  French and Russian? Maybe Ukrainian.
The French site says nothing about Vista compatibility, the Russian does but I don't understand a word orf it.
Otherwise it's easier to use a network or a USB external drive.
