Question : How to revert back the saved file in MS word?

I was trying to copy the template from file A to new file, and deleted unwanter portion. At the end of the day, i accidentally saved the file as A, can i recover the file or revert it back to origin?

I you opened it from Outlook, the original file might have been kept in the Outlook temp folder (OLK???)
