Question : Preventing Outlook Calendar Conflicts

We have an Outlook Calendar set up to book a meeting room, which several different users access. Although Outlook warns them when they set up a new appointment which conflicts with another, we would like to actually prevent them setting it up.

Anyone know if this is possible?

Answer : Preventing Outlook Calendar Conflicts

Start Outlook with a profile configured for the Resource account.  On the Tools menu, click Options and then the Preferences tab, click Calendar Options.  Click Resource Scheduling and then in Processing Meeting Requests, click to select "Automatically Decline Conflicting Meeting Requests"
