Hi, We are using a program that requires emails to be sent to its mailbox (exchange 2007) as Plain Text. Unfortunatley people are still insistant on sending emails as HTML, causing the program difficulty. I would like to know if it is either possible to force conversion at the exchange server itself, or use a MS Outlook 2003 to convert the email automatically to plain text and save in a subfolder of the mailbox, allowing the program to pick it up. I have found a reg change that allows you to view all emails as plain text, what I would then need is to save the email as plain text in another folder. Chris
