Question : Excel Filter not listing in correct order
I want to be able to have the filter list the numbers in a specific order eg:
1.1
1.2
1.3
1.4
1.5
1.6
1.7
1.8
1.9
1.10
1.11
In this order.
However if I use "Text" formatting, it puts 1.10 and 1.11 after 1.1 which is incorrect for my purposes.
Can anyone advise on how to do this?
Cheers.
Answer : Excel Filter not listing in correct order
Whether you use Number or Text you will get the same problem.
You'll need to change it to 1.01,1.02 and so on.
