Question : Re:Secondry Domain Controller Not Communicating with the Primary Domain Controller
Hi Experts,
I've been lately facing communication problems with our secondary Domain controller - that is I cannot ping from it to our main DC.However I can ping from our primary DC to it. Hence, This has caused many authentication problems to our users - Such as users unable to log in to thier PC's and etc...
Our Secondary DC has two NIC's and only one is enabled at the moment.
We are running windows server 2003 on both domain controllers.
Please find attached is a snap-shot of the event Viewer Id logged..
Any suggestions and help!
Thanks..
Answer : Re:Secondry Domain Controller Not Communicating with the Primary Domain Controller
sometimes just adding a static route to the server will fix this.
> route ADD XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX MASK 255.255.2555.0 XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX -P
