Question : decrease update interval/speed of shared mailbox exchange 2003 and entourage

We have 3 users using a share mailbox xalled orders.

When a user updates the shared mailbox i.e. movs an email from one folder to another - it takes up to 3 or 4 minutes for the updates to be shown on the other users shared mailbixes.


Is there anyway the update frequency can be increase or the update interval decreaed to improve the user experience?

Entourage only functions in cached mode. You can change the frequency of syncs by going to Tools-Schedules.
