The problem with removal (security tool a malware rogue program) was that I could not get task manger opened up to shutdown the program
.exe. Windows Vista has a feature named, User Account Control that would slow down starting task manager program too. The security tool was part of start up and when started would not allow other programs to start like task manager. security tool seemed to learn as it would not let me open cmd after using it once to try to open task manager. This malware program cleared the desktop too but I'm didn't find out how. I finally found out if I open task manager before security tool then waited till security tool went through its marketing ploy to buy its bogus AV program I could shut it down. I recorded the random number and found the directory and files where they were located and moved them to a sd card. Trend Micro IS could not find the threat neither could Vipre AV.
