Question : I have 3 PC's running Vista and I keep getting bowser errors about who is the master browser
I have 3 Windows Vista HOme Premium computers. 2 desktop and one laptop. every once and a while I will start gettting an error in event viewer about who is the master browser. I didnt think I had a master browser but it used to be just the two desktops that had this arguement but today I got the error on the desktop from the laptop that it thinks it is the master browser. The error is" Bowser" Event ID #8003 Can you tell me what this means and who is my master browser? Or do I even have one?

Just disable the windows service 'Computer Browser" to ignore the error. The service only exists for legacy reasons.
