Question : Run Time Error 57121

I recently upgraded to Vista (no choice work computer) and Office 2007 from XP and Office 2003. That said, within my Excel workbooks, I am getting  "Run-Time Error 57121: Application-defined or object-defined error"; when I try to save in Compatablity mode I get "Uninitialized ActiveX controls cannot be transferred to the selected file format.  The controls will be lost if you continue."

How do I correct this?
