Question : Forwarding a notification of a new Email Recived exchange

First let me explain the scenario.
(1)      Employees are offsite and the place they are working allows them to receive emails VIA Offsite Company’s account.
(2)      We want to send emails to full staff that are confidential and don’t want it saved on the Offsite Company’s network or possibly read by their IT staff.

We need a way to send a notification only, to the Offsite account that they received a message in their Parent company’s mail box.

Server environment
•      Exchange server 2003

Answer : Forwarding a notification of a new Email Recived exchange

Hi, Creamsykle.

Take a look at MAPILab's "Rules for Exchange" (http://www.mapilab.com/exchange/rules/).  It is an Exchange add-on that increases the number of rule that can run at the server.  While Outlook/Exchange does not have a rule action that will do what you want, this product does.  That action is "send a specified message".
