Question : Can you Transfer CALS

I have two questions about CALS

1. Can you transfer CALS from NT Server 4.0 to Windows Server 2003

2. Can you transfer CALS from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007

Answer : Can you Transfer CALS

No.  You need to Buy UPGRADE CALs.  Even then though, OEM CALs I believe are locked to the server they were sold with.
