Question : Managing multiple Email Addresses

Hi,

I've couple  of email address (basically more than that), struggling in managing them, what is the best possible solution to manage them from one place, at least, I want to be aware when there is a new email arrived in that particular inbox ... because getting a lot of spams too.

Do update, if require any clarification.
