Question : Move Sharepoint List From One Server To Another

How can I move a sharepoint list from one server to another? These servers are used by different companies, but I need to take the list from one server and put it on another server while keeping the same list properties.

I ended up saving the data to multiple xls spreadsheets and importing the data back into the list. It wasn't the most elegant solution, but it worked without any issues.
