Question : Problem While Opening Excel Xml file

I am generating an excel spreadsheet from my web application. It is an xml spreadsheet whixh can be opened with excel . The problem is it gives error :-
 problems came up in the following areas during load workbook setting

& it gives path of some error log file which does not exists on my machine .
Everything works perfectly fine with Open Ofiice .

If i Open it with Open office & save it as MS Excel 2003 then it opens with MS excel.

I googled for this & tried to install patched for Microsoft business CRm but it stops getting installed  & gived error cannot business crm is not  installed.

Please Help to get a workaroud !!!

Solved the problem ..removed  ExpandedRowCount from xml & it works !!!!!!!
