Question : iPhone connection to Exchange 2003

I'm trying to get a customers brand new iPhone to connect to his Exchange server.  I enter the information and it comes back saying that the settings could not be verified.  I am able to login to his OWA account with out a problem.  I have HTTP, HTTPS, and IMAP all open on the firewall.  What else am I missing?

The iPhone assumes you are connecting to Exchange 2007, which offers autoconfiguration.  Once it fails to find the autoconfiguration address it adds an extra field where you can enter the server name.  The server name should be the same as for OWA, eg mail.yourcompany.com if the OWA URL is https://mail.youcompany.com/exchange/
