Question : SBS2003 installation problems.

I am upgrading my server that is running the original version of SBS2003.  My first problem was the install would hang when I used my original disc from 2003. I got past this by slipstreaming a new disc with windows 2003 server sp1 in it.  Now I get the following error message when I try install sbs2003 updates.
"This update can be installed only on Windows Small Business Server 2003. This update cannot be installed on your current operating system."

I am pretty sure the problem is being caused by the slipstreamed install disc but I am not sure how to overcome it.

Answer : SBS2003 installation problems.

can you boot command line from CD and have the all System driver burned on anther CD or USB  . e.g. Mother board diver,  disk driver,
use Command line to Reg each INF
