Question : OCS 2007 Issue

Hi Team,

MS OCS 2007 r2

LAN  able to connect video chat,video calls,video conference.
LAN to wireless Broadband   able to connect video chat,video calls,video confrenece.
LAN to some other company LAN  only able to chat. nothing is working.
Any company LAN to broadband  able to chat, able to call, able to send and receive file.

what is the diffrence in company LAN to Company LAn  and company LAN to wireless broadband. why i am not able to connect  LAN to company LAN networks.
