Question : User name disappeared on Welcome Screen
Windows XP Pro MCE fully updated.
I have been working on removing/uninstalling a corrupted McAfee Internet security installation and when I just restarted this laptop, one of the 3 user names (limited account) no longer appears on the welcome screen or in the user list in Control Panel. The user folder is still here, but when I try to create the account with the same name, it tells me that the account already exists.
How can I get it to appear on the welcome screen and user account list?
Thank you,
Craig
