Question : Sharepoint 2007 Date/Time Setting on bottom of Pages is incorrect

Running clustered Sharepoint 2007 servers which both have the correct date/time settings (on the domain and looking to Domain Controllers in the same time zone).  Cannot figure out what is controlling the date/time updated on the pages...it is always incorrect by 4 hours.  Any idea where these settings might be located?

There is a time zone setting in the central admin -> web application. Perhaps you can change from there.
