Question : ADFS 2.0 Server Requirements

We are in the process of setting up a lab to being testing ADFS integration with our partner.  They would like to use ADFS 2.0.  Our servers are currently running Windows 2003 Server.  The partner will manage the accounts.  Do we need 2008 installed on the Resource and Web server?
