Question : Access vs Visual Fox Pro

I want to know what the difference is between Access and Visual Fox Pro, what program do I need for what situation, that sort of stuff.

I had the same thoughts a while ago.
ACCESS: I found Access much better for multi-user and record locking. Also, the query builders are far superior.
FOXPRO: Foxpro provided me with the ability to create EXE's freely and distribute much easier.
I also found that foxpro was easier to develop applications that were much more restricted in what users could do - (for less experienced users)
It was also quicker to develop in.
However, was not keen on the record locking and database locking.
I disagree with the comment that there was not much support on the web, I learnt foxpro in a week and developed an application for a client.
RECOMEND:
If you need something robust and rich in functionality, I would reccommend Access. But in my experience, it takes longer to develop in. Thats my opinion, for whats its worth.
