Question : How can I play a .ARV video file?

A customer of ours emailed us a video file he can't open/view. It was from a security camera. The extension is an .ARV. I did some Google searches but came up with no solution to open and view it. Never found a player to support that extension. Nothing to convert it either. Any Ideas???

That is from Microsoft Autoroute or microsoft streets and trips. You need to use that software
