Question : EXCEL WEB ACCESS

HI ,
I am trying to have the EXCEL web access working on MOSS 2007 on my test server, but for some reaon I can 't figure what I am doing wrong. Everytime that I try to display an excel document in "view in Web browser" I get an error message:
EXCEL WEB ACCESS
An Error has occurred.
Please contact your system administrator if this problem persists.
 and in my log file on my server I get an event that says:
" No excel Calculation Services is available in the farm ( user: ITSERVER0\administrator).

by going to my SSP I can see that the Excel services is running,
Can someone help me figure this out..
