Question : Excel cumulative year to date figures

I have a pivot table that has months going down the rows and salesperson across it.  The data is the sum of sales for that month.

How do I get another pivot table or within the same table that shows the year-to-date totals for each month?

My data comes from a Access 2000 query.

Mark the Pivot table

Go to the menu Data -> Pivot table report...

Dubbelclick on the Sum of sales button in the data area.

Click Options>> so that you can se the detailed options

Show data as Running Total in

select Month if you want an accumulated value per month.
