I am using acronis 9.7 8398 and Windows refuse to run that ....

I know that the best way is to get a new version ... but I don´t have it

Usually it gets blocked for a reason.
Trying to overcome that can lead into unexpected result.
Officially windows 7 is not supported by ACRONIS 9.7 8398,
but u can still use the BOOT CD to backup or restore windows7
