Question : DHCP cannot start

I continually get this error after a reboot.  The tcp services fail and its causing the dhcp not being able to start.

TCP/IP Services Application encountered a problem and needed to close.

Answer : DHCP cannot start

Can you try
1.Stop the DHCP server
2. Backup everything in the DHCP folder.
3. Delete all files in the DHCP folder
4. Restart the DHCP server service. Then check all DHCP settings.
Remember you need to rebuild all the scope options
