Question : How can I correct a make table query in Access 2003?

When I run this make table query creates a table where no all data is correct.
i.e.

Account Type 3      Project ID      CY Forecast      Board 1
Allocated Direct      9413      -36474      Expenses
Allocated Direct      9902      -3905885      Expenses
Direct Compensation      1001      102517.1      Expenses
Direct Compensation      1003      13402.38      Expenses
Direct Compensation      1004      105721.52      Expenses
0                           9413      -36474      Expenses
0                            9902      -3905885      Expenses
Direct Compensation      1001      102517.1      Expenses
Direct Compensation      1003      13402.38      Expenses
Direct Compensation      1004      105721.52      Expenses

Account Type 3 in the rows 6 and 7 show 0 insted of Allocated Direct.

When I am trying to use these data for a reports, those two records do not get pull.

I tryied deliting the query and creating a new one.

do you have any other sujestions.

Answer : How can I correct a make table query in Access 2003?

My comment re: there is no data in some of those fields is the reason why your [Account Type 3] field was showing 0 values ... this would seem to be a valid response to your question, and thus should probably be accepted. In the future, I'd encourage you to be more clear as to your intent with these questions, and to use the Request Attention button if the Experts in your question seem to forget about it. Some of the more active ones (like myself) answer dozens upon dozens of questions each day, and it's not too difficult for one to drop off our radar. When we must draw out questions like this, that process is even more likely.
