I got a new laptop, ASPIRE 5732z Acer , from Costco, a couple of weeks ago. It is Window7. Give it to my sister and she forgot her password. I did not even create a password reset disk. Would this site help like, http://www.resetwindowspassword.com/download.htm?

I called Acer tech support, since it is still a brand new laptop. They were able to help. All I need to do was to press ALT + F10 and it will put the back to its original state as if it come from the manufacturer.
