Question : Word 2007 Freezes When Printing

I have a user that will open up multiple docs and work in them for a few hours.  When he tries to print one of them the particular one freezes up almost as if there is a active window over the top of it.  When you try to do anything in the document it will do the standard computer beep however the other document is completely normal.  When i go to the other document and close it then the first one is able to be accesses, modified, saved or anything else you would want to do with it.  Its almost as if there is a active window hidden over the document.  What can i do to fix this?

Are all patches current, and all print drivers updated?

Have you tried running Diagnostics?
