Question : Outlook 2007 is "Always on Top"

I have been testing Windows 7 in our enviroment and running into a strange issue with Outlook 2007.  At times, the Outlook application will appear 'always on top" of all other applications.  There is no way to get behind Oultook unless it is minimized and the only way I have found so far to stop this behavior is to reboot.  This is particularily annoying when opening any emails/attachements/etc that end up opening behind the Outlook main application and then having to minimize Outlook to see whatever I tried to open.

I cannot figure out what is triggering this as after a reboot everything is working normally with Outlook and this 'undocumented behavior' seems to be starting at random.

This issue has not been see in our Production WInXP enviroment nor on our Terminal Servers so I have to believe that Windows 7 is somehow involved. If anyone has any ideas or has seen this behavior please let me know.

Thanks!

Answer : Outlook 2007 is "Always on Top"

Well, there are two initial ways to take care of that. One is to go to that
user's PC or remote in if you can and then bring up a command prompt.
Navigate to the office folder and then input:

outlook.exe /cleanprofile

With the cleanprofile switch it might jsut repaire the user's profile and
then you should be okay. If that does not work then you are going to need to
delete and then readd the user's outlook profile. This is not hard and with
a little prep no data is lost. I can fill in the blanks on that one if the
first fix doesn't work. Let me know.
