Question : Excel VBA To Calculate ISO Week Number Count For A Given Month / Year

I have been looking for some time now for an Excel VBA version for calculating the total ISO Week count for a given month and year.
The function of days per month / 7 gives errors in some cases as the ISO week number and count is different.
I apologise if this has been answered somewhere else.
