Question : SUMPRODUCT formula for capturing occurrence

Hi Experts,

Need Experts help to create the SUMPRODUCT formula for capturing an occurrence (Row-E - Sheet-1) in table C (Sheet-2). I tried to use the attached formula but its not working. Password for “Daily Tracking List” is “XXX” – command button at Channel Downtime (sheet-3). Hope Experts can help me.  Attached is the file for your perusal.
