Question : STOP: 0x00000007B (0xF7B44528, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

Just got a ThinkPad T23 without a hard drive.  Took a hard drive with XP Professional out from a working T20 and put it into the T23, and now get "STOP: 0x00000007B (0xF7B44528, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)" during boot.  When the drive is put back into the T20, everything boots up fine.  But it back into the T23 again and get the STOP error again.
Took a working drive with XP Professional from yet another T20, and the same exact problem.

Is there anything I can do to get the T23 to boot from a hard drive removed from a T20?

Answer : STOP: 0x00000007B (0xF7B44528, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

Get to IBM's website and download the latest drivers from another pc. Put them on cd or flash drive. In the meantime grab a USB mouse and keyboard and plug in if available.  Then reboot into safe mode and remove drivers for the other laptop. Also go to Start>Run>msconfig. Under services "Hide microsoft" and uncheck those that might be hardware specific to the old machine. Go to startup and do the same. Hope this gets you going.
