Question : Access runtime opens but is completely blank

I created and accdb that contains 3 linked tables, 1 query, 1form.  I changed the accdb to accdr to open in runtime and it is completely blank.  Runtime starts up fine but nothing is there, the only option in windows button is close database.  I am brand new to access and know very little if someone could help that would be great.

Other info  i created db in access 2007 on a win7 64 machine,  I also have runtime installed there and it doesnt work.  I also have runtime on an xp machine and it was blank there also.
