Question : HTTP_500 Error in SBS 2003 Exchange ActiveSync - FolerSync Step

We have a new SBS 2003 Install.  Before you ask we had to install 2003 due to compatibility issues with some existing software.  Brand new HP Server, 2003 SBS Std, R2 install.  SSL Certificate installed from DigiCert.  OWA is working Perfectly as is Outlook (RPC over HTTP). Exchnage SP2 Loaded as well. I can browse to /oma after auth with no issue as well.

I have completely removed  all the Virtual directies and recreated following http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883380, then re-setup the exchange-oma Vdir.  I have even compared each and every folder (checking directory security and SSL options) in IIS to other clients that are working perfectly. This one has me completely stumped.

When I do a test from testexchangeconectivity.com I get the following

Attempting to send OPTIONS command to server
OPTIONS response was successfully received and is valid

Any Help Greatly Appreciated

Answer : HTTP_500 Error in SBS 2003 Exchange ActiveSync - FolerSync Step

Can you please have a run through my FAQ regarding Exchange 2003 and Activesync.

Please pay particular attention to the Virtual Directory permissions and also the Forms Based Authentication part for SBS.
